Cancellation and Deposit Policies;

7 nights or more at the daily rate requires a $500 deposit -

For cancellations of 15 days or more prior to the arrival date, an automatic $15 processing fee is applied.
A cancellation for any reason within the 15 day cutoff date , results in the entire deposit being forfeited

For stays less than 7 nights a cancellation of 48 hrs or more, prior to arrival date -

An automatic $10.00 processing fee is applied.
For cancellation with less than than 48hrs notice (2 days) the first night will be charged to your credit card.

Additional Rate Information

- ($) Indicates discount range for AARP, Carp, AAA, BCAA members, and for government & corporate employees or for medical visits

- Rates are for double occupancy excluding the 15% tax

- Persons under 15 years of age are free

- Additional person over 15 years add $15 per night or $45 per week

- Pets add $15 per night or $45 per week

- Check in time is 2pm and checkout is 11 am

Corporate Travelers

Meeting? Just shut the bedroom door and hold the meeting in the comfortable living room.

For in room meetings, we are happy to deliver complimentary coffee service to your room after 10am and before 3pm.

For an extra $5.00 charge a selection of 1 dozen mini muffins fresh from our kitchen can be included. Please place your order the night before.

Remember, we always have complimentary coffee, tea, and hot chocolate available in our lobby from 7:30am - 11pm.
