Deposit/Cancellation
Policy:
Less
than 7 nights at the Daily Rate
A guaranteed reservation can be made by giving
credit card number and expiry date. A deposit made by cash, or cheque that
has time to clear, is also acceptable.
Cancellation: With notice more than 48 hours, $ 10 fee; less than 48
hours, one night’s room rate plus tax is charged.
7
nights or more at the Daily Rate (i.e. on
dates when weekly rate is not available)
Deposit: $CAN 200.00 is required. This deposit is applied to the first
night, then upon arrival, to the last night of the reservation.
Cancellation: With notice more than 7 days, deposit
less a $25 fee is refunded;
less than 7 days, $200 deposit is forfeited.
Group
stays (4 or more rooms)
Deposit 50% upon making the reservation.
Full payment must be received 30 days in advance of stay or deposit and
reservation are forfeited.
Cancellation: With
notice more than 30 days, deposit
less a $25 fee per room is refunded;
less than 30 days, deposit and reservation are forfeited
