The Admiral Inn reserves the right to change rates and policies without notice.

These rates are for double occupancy and subject to taxes. Additional persons $35.00 per week.
If you stay a current calendar month the government currently allows the PST tax to be refunded.

Deposit Policy for Weekly Rate;

To secure your reservation, a deposit of $200.00 for the first week and $100 for every week reserved there after to a maximum of $700 is required. For example a 1 week reservation- $200.00 deposit, 2 weeks - $300 deposit, 3 weeks-$400, 6 Weeks-$700.00, 7&8 weeks- $700.00.

Cancellation Policy For Weekly Rate :

For a 1 to 2 week stay -

A cancellation of 30 days or more prior to the arrival date a processing fee of $30 is applied and the balance of the deposit is refunded
After the 30 day cut off period, a fee of $200 is applied for the first week and $100 for each subsequent cancelled week.

For 3 weeks or more stays -

a cancellation of 60 days or more prior to the arrival date, a processing fee of $30 is applied.
After the 60 day cut off period a fee of $200 is applied to the first week cancelled and $100 for every subsequent week or portion of a week thereafter.

The arrival date always refers to the initial arrival day of the initial reservation

Deposit/Cancellation Policies

There are no exceptions to our cancellation policy! We endeavour to keep our prices as low as possible without overbooking as is the practice with some institutions. Cancellations cost us lost opportunity and administration costs, which affect all our guests.
